Episode 09: Reminder, It’s Ok, to not be Ok.

Thank you for joining us for another episode of the Stay Wild, Trauma Child Podcast!

In this episode we are acknowledging the fact that it is absolutely 100% OK for you to not be OK, especially not 24.7.

Let be honest alot of shit goes on in life and it is imporssible to ALWAYS be OK.

So here we are giving you the permission to acknowledge that you aren’t OK and that is your right to feel that way.

That doesn’t mean that you can’t do things to make yourself feel better and work towards being in a better place but, it means that if you know you just need a day or two to relax and process…take the time to do so, you will feel better in the long run.

As always, beware of our potty mouths and the harsh truth bombs we throw your way.

Also, this is your trigger warning that there is talk of sudden loss, grief, mental health and possibly a few other topics that may upset you so if any of those things bother you, this isn’t going to be the show for you.
