Have you heard the saying “don’t eat more than 2 eggs a day” or seen the promise on cheerios to help with cholesterol. Well we are debunking that today. We bring up studies regarding dietary cholesterol affecting cholesterol levels and the potential muscle growing benefits from dietary cholesterol. The discussion starts with the talk about cholesterol and we later transition in to talk about body acceptance and the body positivity movement. We end the episode off by giving a gym horror story that is so crazy you won’t believe it.
